- July 3, 2026: three AI assistants recommended a Sonoma County business's
  competitors; the business was absent. Its site relaunched July 4 with
  machine-readable facts; within 24 hours ChatGPT was citing the new site.
- One rebuild, measured June 5 and July 6, 2026 (Google Lighthouse and live
  header checks): mobile performance 61 to 89-94; largest contentful paint
  6.1s to 2.9s; security headers 0/6 to 6/6; scripts 46 to 1; page weight
  1.8MB to 355KB.
- This site, measured July 11, 2026: Lighthouse mobile 92, accessibility 100,
  SEO 100; six of six security headers; axe-core zero violations on all pages.
