Evidence
Numbers, not adjectives.
Businesses call me after something went wrong. What went wrong is nobody else's business. So you will not find client names here, ever, and that is a feature of hiring me, not a gap in the record. What you will find: instruments, dates, and results you can re-run.
The Greg Drake Digital evidence register documents anonymized engagements with before-and-after measurements: named instruments, stated dates, re-runnable results. It includes a same-evening site rescue with a measured rebuild, a multi-site portfolio review, and this site's own published readings for independent verification.
Case · Rescue and rebuild
The site that came back the same evening
Situation. A Sonoma County business's hosting company deleted its server and confirmed it could not be restored. Decades of web presence, gone in an afternoon.
Stakes. No website, no inquiries, and nothing to rebuild from, except that a recent audit had recorded the site's structure and content outside the server.
Action. Rebuilt from audit records and public archives and relaunched the same evening. Then a permanent ground-up rebuild: no server to delete, no database, no plugins, no admin login, machine-readable facts on every page, every change versioned.
Measured with Google Lighthouse on June 5 and July 6, 2026, and live header checks. 89 to 94 reflects run-to-run variance in mobile lab scores. Every figure can be re-run, and I will re-run any of them in front of you.
| Measure | Before | After |
| Mobile performance score | 61 | 89 to 94 |
| Time until the main content appears | 6.1 seconds | 2.9 seconds |
| Standard security headers | 0 of 6 | 6 of 6 |
| Separate scripts loaded | 46 | 1 |
| Page weight | 1.8 MB | 355 KB |
The citation flip. On July 3, 2026, ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google's AI all recommended this business's competitors; the business was absent. Within 24 hours of the July 4 relaunch, ChatGPT was citing the new site in its answers.
Case · Portfolio review
Several brand websites, one clear remediation path
Situation. A business group runs several brand websites on a single shared platform. I reviewed every site from the outside, the way any visitor's browser sees them: server headers, page source, structured data, sitemap health, accessibility and analytics signatures. No credentials, no intrusive testing.
Findings. A genuinely well-built content layer sitting on platform components years past their public end-of-life dates, with the exact versions advertised to anyone who asks. Zero of the six standard security headers on any site. No analytics anywhere. A handful of silent live defects nobody had noticed.
What they got. A severity-ranked brief with a verification date on every finding, fair credit for what was working, and a remediation sequence in which one fix covers the whole portfolio, because everything shares one platform. Fact separated from inference throughout, stated plainly where something could not be verified from outside.

Method
The same discipline, every time.
Live page crawls, axe-core accessibility scans, Google Lighthouse, security-header and DNS checks, structured-data review, and manual AI assistant queries, transcribed. Findings carry a verification date and separate what I found from what I infer. Reports are decision support, not legal advice. Every number can be re-run, and the raw records are kept.
